Tag Journal App Reviews

I used this religiously until I decided to download it onto my phone in addition to my iPad. When it synced it wiped out all my entries, and they have no restore options. I lost everything and am extremely disappointed.

Conceptually, the app is all right, it does all the staff it is meant to do. However, it is extremely unstable: it crashed twice as I was manipulating tags. What is worse, it did not save two long entries. I wont recommend using it until they have tested it thoroughly and eliminated all bugs.

But now there is a problem with the photo streaming and Icloud. :(((((((((

initially the app opened in Chinese but the really outstanding support helped me to fix this issue. now i enjoy a beautiful journaling app. looks pretty and feels really good to work with.

This journal is great, and fun and I can capture my best moments in life because it is at the tip of my fingers!!

Finally with the technology and this new AP I could find a journal that I will keep for the rest of my life.! I can keep my secrets thank to the journal lock.... my iPad is always with me and even if it is not , no one can access to my journal and the use that I give to it is countless! Thank people that create it!,

A must have for anyone who has thought of registering the moments of their lives. For me it was always more of a burden when it came to make manual entries on my conventional paper journal. Bulky to carry around, hard to write when riding/traveling in a vehicle, not always easy to find past entries. I then thought of looking for a digital journal in the App Store, which I did find (Collect). However it did not have 2 core features (in my opinion), namely, audio recording and video (since we are going digital why limit it to pics and tags only?) Tag Journal has it all. The first time I saw Tag Journal in the App Store I was sold. I migrated from the previous journal app I was using. It has a charming User Interface, seamless to use. I can now make entries on the fly, what was once a burden has now become so pleasant. Adding videos adds a whole new dimension to journaling. Weve all heard that "a picture is worth a thousand words" well multiply that a thousand fold with the video feature. Capture the quaint surroundings of a magical city, the picturesque view from a coffee shop in Paris, the serendipitous encounter with friends while traveling or any situation that strikes a chord which "begs to be recorded". The value it adds far outweighs the price tag on it. Dont think twice, you have found what you are looking for.

As far as journal apps go this is the best one Ive seen. I would give it a higher rating if it was more customizable - you cant edit the preset tags and I have no use for one labelled "Research" and little use for one called "Travels"

A great app that I use for work almost every day. Helps me keep track of mistakes and excellence so I can minimize and learn from the former, and maximize the latter! Simple and streamlined.

This just works for me. Tagging helps me to organize trips and separate diaries etc

1 star for the lack of polish language

It can loose already saved record in case of crash or without a crash. Ive tested the app and now it has one record stored. As I can see, it generally erases newly added notes, so if your article survived several restarts and app launches, chances are it will not be deleted occasionally. But who knows, who knows. Im not the only one who experienced such behavior, as I can observe. I will not mention any other features. Its the worst solution I have tested. Теряет записи, в том числе уже сохранённые. Судя по всему, не только у меня такие проблемы. Остальные функции уже не интересуют. Приложение бесплатно, и это уже большая переплата за него. Худшее из известных мне приложений для ведения записей.

The issue wasnt only to record my activities, memories and experiences wich many Apps allow to do BUT to easily re-trace them with a simple click merging together all the material related to that particular event, such as "the photos with the notes with the articles with the calendar". This is why this App is so smart, simply hitted the point with the tags, literally makes things easier for me and my job. Im so grateful this come out.

Good app but please invest on visual and change the icon

To the creators: PLEASE add password protection in the next update!!!!! However if you dont need that feature, give the app a shot :) beautifully designed and easy to use.
